New Panel Sizes Available for Larger Outdoor Cages

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering our HD 11 gauge stainless steel cages in 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' panels for customers who want larger cages with more height. These panels are all wire with no optional lower panel in high-density polyethylene plastic.

Note that these larger panels cannot be shipped FedEx but will ship via motor freight instead. The lead time for these taller cages is 3 weeks instead of 2.

Our Stainless Steel Monkey Cages are Built to Last

Monkey species can live 20-40 years or more and our CAGEMASTERS USA Custom Tailor-Made monkey cages are designed and built to provide a permanent habitat for your monkey(s). Based on your design, our cages are constructed using appropriately sized panels based on your cage needs. WE RECOMMEND that you consider the 2' x 6' 11 Gauge HD wire panels as they are more rigid, easier for you to assemble and are shippable via FedEx to your home or business. Please check with your state and local licensing organizations to determine the permitted wire gauge and size to house primates before ordering.

The bigger the enclosure - the better! It cannot be too large.

Do not use bird cages for any primates.

In non temperate climates be sure and provide outdoor shade for your monkeys and primates and provide heated indoor enclosures when cold weather arrives.

Secure your cage and don't EVER underestimate the strength of your primate(s).

Always use a double door safety entrance with outdoor cages.

Change your monkey's environment from time to time as they can become bored in captivity.

Enrich your enclosure with branches, grass, straw or wood chip floors, tree trunkc, swings, platforms, coconut shells, unbreakable mirrors, ladders and baby toys.

Indoor enclosures must be cleaned at least every week with droppings and excess food removed daily.

Primate species feel more secure when higher and we recommend a cage height of 6'.

Sunlight - if you don't have an outdoor enclosure for your monkeys, be sure that their indoor cage is positioned for unfilterted sunlight exposure or provide lighting with Vita-Lites.

Always use non-toxic plants inside your monkey enclosure. Safe plants include bamboo, rubber trees, willows, palms, fig trees and hibiscus.
